Our Secret to Success
Dr. Angela Crawford began Crawford Partners, LLC in 2013. After working in senior leadership roles and consulting with clients across industries, she wanted to bring her broad-based experience in operations, sales, marketing, and leadership development to add value to more organizations. The relationships she has built with clients and her strong network with other consultants and coaches she partners with deliver the maximum results for every client. As the title of her upcoming book is called Leaders SUCCEED Together, we know how to collaborate and bring out the best in every person.

Founder, Consultant & Coach
Dr. Angela Crawford is passionate about helping people and organizations grow.
She has traveled across the U.S. and internationally, working with clients and conducting a study on workplace motivation across 23 countries. She also spent over twenty years in senior-level roles with Fortune 500 companies, working and consulting within financial services, healthcare, technology, government, education, and retail.

Beginning her career in operations and leading sales, marketing, customer experience, and research, she now leverages her multidisciplinary background as a consultant, designing and leading strategy, change, and leadership initiatives for clients focused on growth. She also provides executive coaching and team development. Recently, she created an integrated system and curriculum for organizations seeking to take their leaders to the next level called Leaders SUCCEED together©. Dr. Crawford has developed the curriculum and facilitated hundreds of virtual and in-person sessions for leaders across industries and geographies.

Dr. Crawford graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a BBA in Marketing and Management, holds an MBA from Cleveland State University, and earned her Ph.D. from Case Western Reserve University, where her research on igniting passion within employees is published in the Journal of Service Research. She is certified in Coaching, Cultural Intelligence, Mindfulness, and Strengths.

From a community service perspective, she has won volunteer service and national leadership awards at Citi, served on boards at the Children’s Home of Northern Kentucky, CASA, and her church, and volunteered with Hospice of the Bluegrass, Grant Us Hope, and Better Future Facilitators. Given her commitment to supporting entrepreneurship, she is also an Ascent member of Queen City Angels.

She lives in Walton, Kentucky, with her husband (Jason), dogs (Maverick and Goose), and cat (Cowboy), and she has three grown children.
